Job Purpose
To focus on the organization’s mission of developing and maintaining a profitable base of business selling Graco products through outreach and lead-generation by working via telephone, internet, and social media with assigned accounts and prospecting for new accounts in order to meet sales and contributions objectives.
Graco is a global leader in the design, development and manufacture of highly-engineered systems for numerous industrial and commercial applications. This position supports our Process Division (PRO). In this division, process equipment and sanitary systems are used in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and oil and gas industries.
Essential Duties
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and cold calls for sales initiatives and campaigns
  • Using a defined call frequency and prescribed procedures to directly communicate and sell by telephone, internet, chat, video and social media with assigned accounts, while also targeting new account building and strengthening customer relationships
  • Manage defined Salesforce lead process via the internet, open chat on Graco website, trade shows, social media, video, targeted campaigns and other sources as assigned
  • Successfully introduce new products and promotions by telephone, internet, video and social media to customers.
  • Manage, organize and maintain customer records, contacts and opportunities in [please apply online] and pricing/discount structures for all customers
  • Direct sales interaction with key channel distribution management
  • Analyze sales data to identify sales opportunities
  • Create customized reports, graphs and trend charts, using Accounting and Salesforce.com reports, as well as market data
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Solid track record of achievement
  • CRM experience, preferably [please apply online] Excellent customer service orientation
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, problem solver, relationship builder, excellent time management, and team collaborator
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
